Doles Pond Description

Doles Pond is a small shallow pond surrounded by wetlands. The dark tea stained water is very acidic and until recently supported populations of only pickerel and hornpout. Black crappie have recently been illegally introduced and are providing an additional angling opportunity. This pond is open to ice fishing and provides anglers with an opportunity for pickerel and crappie fishing in a remote setting.
