Beech Pond, located in Palermo, drains to
Sheepscot Lake via Bradstreet Brook.
Access is available off Route 3 with
landowner permission.
Beech Pond is relatively shallow, with
good habitat for a variety of warmwater
species. Smallmouth bass have become
established since the original survey and
provide an attractive fishery. White
perch grow to an attractive size, and are
popular with both winter and summer
anglers. Chain pickerel are also present
in good numbers.
